The Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for providing Level 1–2 technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, and other end-user devices. This role ensures optimal system performance by diagnosing hardware and software issues, supporting network connectivity, and delivering timely resolutions to technical concerns.

Provide onsite and remote technical support for laptops, desktops, and printers.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11).
Diagnose and repair hardware issues (RAM, SSD/HDD, motherboard, power supply, peripherals).
Set up and configure network and local printers (installation, driver setup, connectivity troubleshooting).
Join devices to domain and manage user accounts via Active Directory.
Configure email accounts (Outlook, Microsoft 365).
