Requirements
- Graduate of any IT/Engineering related course
- Male not more than 28 years old
- Good oral and written English communication skills
- Extensive experience in customer service
- At least 1 year experience in PC/NB troubleshooting
- Experience in basic structured cabling system (Cat5e & Fiber)
- Broad experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft software (Windows, MS Office, etc)
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
