Job Description

  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including standard operational procedures and technical guides.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Monitor and proactively maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Perform system administration tasks, such as software installation, configuration, software patching, system monitoring, performance tuning, capacity planning, and disaster recovery drills.
  • Provide timely and effective support for service issues and requests, including availability for emergency technical maintenance outside of regular working hours.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver training on new technologies to staff members.
Qualifications
