Provide IT technical onsite support for end user services problems which include identification, diagnosis, rectification, and escalation.
Support on desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners, hardware components.
Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting and reconfiguration of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft applications that are found in Desktop PCs and Notebook PCs.
Provide support for queries, escalation, problem determination, resolution.
Printer Maintenance.
Responsible for learning and working independently.
Responsible for providing excellent support and timely service.
REQUIREMENTS
a) 1 year of experience in administration and support of Desktop.
b) Candidate needs to possess good communication skills.
c) Candidate needs to familiarize themselves with the End-users computing environment and desktop support workflow.
e) Understanding in AD, group policy, proxy setting, Power Excel, and Windows OS.
