Job Description
Mandatory . Strong experience (5+ years) in onsite desktopsupport (Windows OS, desktops/laptops, peripherals) . PowerShell scripting knowledge . Good communication and coordination skills . Willing to support occasional after‑hoursactivities when required . Experience with Tanium or other desktop patchingtools Good to Have . Power BI / Reporting knowledge . Experience with ServiceNow Vendor Scope Expectation . 1 dedicated onsite resource during business hours . Deliver end‑user support, automation, and ITcoordination activities as BAU .

100% Onsite (No remote / No hybrid) .
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Working Arrangement Note . Occasional after‑office hours or weekend supportmay be required on a case‑by‑case basis . Compensatory time‑off / leave will be arrangedaccordingly. No additional payment for after‑office hours support
