We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead two software development teams responsible for connected solutions supporting a family of advanced fiber‑optic test and measurement products.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership : Lead, coach, and develop two software development teams consisting of approximately 7–20 engineers. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical excellence. Support career development through mentoring, performance management, regular feedback, and growth planning. Build high‑performing teams through recruiting, onboarding, and talent development. Help teams mature their engineering and Agile practices.
