Our client: A highly successful and growing real estate development organization based in Downtown Toronto. The company has built a strong reputation for delivering large-scale residential projects across the GTA and offers a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with significant exposure to senior leadership and complex development projects.

This is a fully on-site position (5 days per week) located in Downtown Toronto.

Principal tasks and responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain monthly project financial reporting, including job cost reporting, budget tracking, variance analysis, and project performance reporting.
• Monitor project budgets, actual costs, and forecasted expenditures while identifying financial risks and opportunities.
