As part of ongoing portfolio planning, they are looking to evaluate redevelopment opportunities across several properties.The RoleSeeking a senior, hands-on financial modelling expert to assess redevelopment potential and build scenario-based models (5, 10, 20+ years). You’ll work with planning inputs (massing, zoning, land values) to evaluate feasibility, timing, and value creation across different strategies.This is a consulting role suited to someone independent, experienced, andfortable working directly with senior stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
