This company are one of Ireland's largest housing associations with with over 10,000 homes nationwide and committed to providing high-quality, sustainable housing solutions for the community. They are a non-profit organisation primarily focused on providing secure, affordable housing solutions for people across Ireland.They are currently seeking a driven and experienced Development Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of housing in Ireland. You will be responsible for the entire development life-cycle of projects, from site acquisition and planning to construction completion and handover.
You will drive new development opportunities to increase their housing supply and formulate a development programme and establish strong relationships with external stakeholders and ensure that new business opportunities are financially viable.
