Macdonald & Company is pleased to be partnered with a prominent investor of Multifamily Real Estate to find and appoint a Development Manager to help the Head of Development grow an existing pipeline.The Company
The group has a significant track record in the Southeast and Sunbelt of acquiring and developing Multifamily assets. They are vertically integrated and have a pipeline of development opportunities in Birmingham, AL to execute on.
The Development Manager primarily supports the Head of Development in the pursuit of new development opportunities. This role involves market research, site acquisition, due diligence, managing the design process, financing, and zoning. Additionally, the VP of Development reviews each phase of the construction process and coordinates site specifications.
