RESPONSIBILITIES
Owning the end-to-end P&L of every project within the Asia RegionOverseeing all project phases, ensuring compliance with HQ guidance, guidelines, and strategy, and enabling smooth coordination across Development, Delivery, Sales, Leasing, and MarketingConducting market research and developing regulatory, technical, and financial feasibility reports for potential projects within the Asia regionDeveloping recommendations on project execution strategy such as JV, or sole company ownership, etc.Creating and managing government relationships including getting requisite approvalsLiaising with Asset Management, Programme Management, Contract & Procurement, and other departments for project controls functionsManaging PMCs ...
