Job Description

Responsibilities


  • Support the Contract Management & Administration team across the contract lifecycle (award to closeout) in accordance with approved NWMO procedures and policies 



  • Organize contract documents in the centralized contract repository; ensure files are complete and stored according to internal policies 



  • Help maintain contract templates and standard forms in alignment with internal policies 



  • Support Contract Administrators (CAs) with invoice reviews and recommendations, including verification of calculations and supporting documentation 



  • Support CAs in creating defined transactions in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system 



  • Verify required documentation is complete prior to internal ERP processing 



  • Support internal audits by gathering and organizing relevant contract documentation
