Job Description
Role: Device Refresh Tech
Location: Orange County, CA - Onsite/in-person
Duration: Contract
Role and Responsibilities:
+ Assist with Device and equipment setups
+ Unboxing laptops/ Monitors
+ Troubleshoot and install hardware/software
+ Connecting VDIs, talking stations
Requirements
+ Bachelors/ associate degree in computer science/IT/Information systems educational background/equivalent industry experience
+ Open to entry level computer science graduates
+ 0–1-year experience with IT setup, desktop setups
+ Adept with computer installations, operating systems, Windows 10, hardware support and maintenance
+ Provide technical support to end users
+ Self-starter, with strong customer service, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
