We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to be responsible for the operational stability, reliability, and availability of a large‑scale, global IVR and contact center platform supporting mission‑critical customer interaction flows. In this role, you will focus on production operations, system monitoring, incident response, and reliable deployments across AWS‑based cloud and on‑premises environments. You will play a key role in ensuring uninterrupted customer access to IVR services and maintaining platform health across infrastructure, application, and voice layers. The DevOps Engineer will work closely with IVR Engineers, Application Architects, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, QA, and external partners to support releases, investigate production issues, and continuously improve platform stability and observability.
