Job Description
- Prepare and set up the operational environment based on the approved solution architecture and design
- Deploy, install, configure, and test software and/or hardware in development, staging and production environments
- Develop or install programs, scripts or interfaces that automate configuration, deployment, and testing activities
TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND TROUBLESHOOTING
- Maintain and evaluate systems, network, database, software, and hardware performance by logging, monitoring, updating, performance tuning, troubleshooting, raising issues and vulnerabilities and collaborating with the appropriate parties to investigate and resolve them
- Ensure security of the applications, servers, network, data, and other digital assets by configuring and managing access control levels and firewall, setting up proper authentication and protection layers, implementing and enforcing security policies, standards, SLAs, and processes
