Job Description

DevOps Product Manager – Global Wave Group Location: Albany, Auckland (Office based) 
Reports to: Head of IT 
Role Purpose The DevOps Product Manager will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of DevOps tools and workflows. This role will work closely with engineering, infrastructure, and product teams to build scalable, secure, and efficient platforms that accelerate software delivery and reduce operational overhead. It requires a candidate who has successfully managed a product from concept to launch and beyond, with a focus on internet‑scale systems and continuous improvement. 
Key Responsibilities Define and prioritize the DevOps product roadmap, focusing on CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure‑as‑code. 
Collaborate with engineering teams to implement and improve DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Terraform, Kubernetes).
