What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering fire and rescue training to both professional and non-professional personnel in a variety of subjects eg Breathing Apparatus, Road Traffic Collision Fire Safety etc
  • Training may be delivered on site at Moreton in Marsh or at other Defence Fire Stations throughout the UK
  • Ensuring all training aligns with the Fire Service College (FSC) course schedule.
  • Assessing other FSC Trainers
  • Follow Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) standards. Meeting Defence Trainer Capability (DTC) requirements and complying with guidelines set out in JSP 822.
  • Maintain high standards of instruction and course delivery.
