Job Title - Deputy General Manager -Direct Tax Department - Taxation Location - Mumbai Reporting to - Head Taxation Reportee – 3 Experience – 13-15 Years Key responsibilities: Advance Tax and Tax Provision workings, Preparation of Computation of Income and filing of Income Tax Return, Income Tax Assessments & Appeals: Compilation and calculations for Advance Tax, Deferred Tax & Tax Provision working sTaxation of Subsidies/Incentives from State/Central Governmen tPreparing Computation of Income and Income tax return sPreparation and coordination with tax auditors for Form 3CD and its annexures ;Compiling information for income tax scrutiny assessments/ CIT appeals, prepare/review submission and appearing before the income tax authorities and briefing Senior Counsels .Filing appeals before Commissioner of Income Tax and ITAT .Tracking the litigations at High Court, ITAT and CIT(A) .Responding to notices u/s 148A/14 8Preparing replies for Revision Assessment .Advising about TDS applicabil...
