GluCare Integrated Diabetes Center is looking for a Dietician to provide evidence-based nutritional care for patients with diabetes and related conditions. The Dietician will develop personalized nutrition plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and utilize technology for optimal health outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and a valid DHA License, along with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a tech-integrated environment are essential.
