Canada Diagnostic Centres is searching for casual Diagnostic Medical Sonographers in Edmonton, AB. Utilize your CRGS certification to provide exemplary ultrasound services and care for patients.
In this role, you will be integral to our outpatient clinic, performing diagnostic exams under radiologist supervision. You'll explain procedures to patients, adjusting to their needs while ensuring comfort during imaging sessions, all while maintaining compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams in line with protocols
• Provide clear explanations to patients about processes
• Work alongside radiologists and healthcare teams
• Participate in advanced skill development opportunities
• Ensure ultrasound equipment compliance and track performance
Requirements:
• CRGS certification through Sonography Canada, or in progress
• Experience as a generalist sonographer is necessary
