Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Digital Agriculture Expert (m/f/d) to drive the implementation, adoption, and maintenance of new technologies across our breeding station network. This role focuses on ensuring the effective use of new field technologies to create value for KWS.
This is a full-time, permanent position based either at our headquarters in Einbeck (Lower Saxony) or our research breeding station in Seligenstadt (Hesse), Germany.
Your Key Responsibilities: 
Plan, introduce, and implement precision agriculture technologies (e.g., FieldExplorer, Phenotyping, Field Machinery, NIRS, Environment) within KWS fields.

High presence in research fields to support users, solve problems, identify opportunities and foster close collaboration

Network within and beyond the breeding station landscape to identify synergies in the region and across stakeholders
