You’ll Get To
- analyze client feedback and prepare weekly summaries with clear, actionable insights
- identify trends, gaps and opportunities to enhance the digital banking experience
- support data clean-up, structuring and quality assurance for client feedback reporting
- contribute to the alignment and tracking of the Digital Banking strategic roadmap
- drive improvements in reporting processes and tools
- support in various activities
