Job Description
- 4–5 years of experience preffered
- Experience working on digital projects, digital transformation initiatives, or customer-facing digital platforms.
- Banking or financial services industry experience is preferred.
- Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, and use cases.
- Knowledge of UAT planning and execution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
