Job Description

As a Digital Capability & BI Specialist  at JDE Peet’s, you will drive manufacturing excellence through digital innovation, data analytics, and capability building. 
Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize interactive dashboards and analytics solutions to provide clear, actionable insights for business performance 
Lead and support digitalization and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and streamline operations 
Drive continuous improvement efforts using structured problem‑solving approaches such as Lean, Kaizen, and RCA 
Enable capability development by supporting training programs, competency frameworks, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives 
Collaborate with key stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and HR to identify opportunities and deliver impactful projects
