Works with RIA Digital Team to manage follow up on customer accounts with outstanding balances from Digital Orders
- Manages billing of unpaid digital orders
- advising them of returned items.
- Responsible for verifying the customer information and offering payment options.
- Follow up on the recovery of funds and reactivation of Customer profiles.
- Answer incoming calls, resolve customer inquiries, create and provide payment receipts to customers when requested.
