What is the Opportunity?

This role is responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining cohesive brand elements across all field-facing training resources. The position combines brand strategy, content creation, and digital learning management to support enterprise-wide professional development initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining consistent brand elements across multiple platforms (intranet sites, presentation templates, video content, infographics, banners); creating and managing content across RBC Connect, DSnet, and CounselNet platforms; designing promotional materials and campaigns for training programs and resources; designing and developing interactive online courses and microlearning modules; maintaining and updating learning materials to reflect regulatory and product changes; managing learning management system (LMS) administration and quality assurance; and extracting and consolidating ...
