About the role
This role supports AvePoint’s digital-first customer engagement strategy and helps deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience at scale. AvePoint is looking for a Digital Client Enablement Specialist to support our Customer Success and Service Delivery teams by creating high-quality, customer-facing technical content. This role will focus on building scalable, reusable enablement assets that help customers and partners onboard faster, deploy confidently, and adopt the AvePoint Confidence Platform more effectively.
What you will do
- Become an internal AvePoint product expert who can convert user guides and product marketing material into consumable customer-facing content
- Create and maintain a structured “How To” video library for the AvePoint Confidence Platform
- Develop digital customer onboarding materials to support self-service deployment in an effort to accelerate time-to-value
