New Age Insurance Brokers LLC is hiring a Digital, Data & Operations Analyst to lead digital transformation and take full ownership of IT and operational systems from day one. This is a strategic, high-impact role based in Oud Metha, Dubai . The selected candidate will drive automation initiatives, manage digital tools, oversee IT vendors, and ensure compliance with UAE data and financial regulations while supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital transformation and process automation initiatives
- Manage Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate)
