Domain expertise & content authoring:Act as subject matter expert for assigned Digital Dexterity topics (e.g., Office 365 & Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform — Power Automate/Power BI, Miro, Smartsheet, AI tools/LLMs). Produceaccurate, step-by-step guides, templates, checklists, sampleautomationsand task-based tutorials for business users.
Prompt & AI artifacts:Create andmaintaina library of validated prompts, example prompts, guardrails and short demonstrationflowsfor everyday AI (including LLM prompting patterns, safety/ethicsnotesand practical use cases).
Hands-on learning experiences:Design and build practical labs, walkthroughs and sandboxes (tool templates, sample datasets, reproducible automations) that let learners practice real tasks and measure competence.
