As a Digital Document Manager in Digital Document Services, you will manage business metrics, drive strategic projects, and build a culture of continuous improvement that supports the Back Office, Middle Office, and Global teams. You will interact with multiple Operations and technology teams to redesign processes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify issues and coordinate with relevant functions internally (e.g., client service professionals, legal) for prompt resolution on disputed points within set time‑frame parameters.
  • Deliver controls to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with regulatory rules.
  • Resolve issues within time constraints and provide regular updates to senior management on BAU and projects.
