Digital Electrical Engineering Intern (Apodaca, N.L)

We are looking for a
Digital Electrical Engineering Intern
to support the Electrical CAD platform team within Digital Engineering.
This internship is ideal for a student with strong initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn, who enjoys combining
technical support, communication/community coordination,
and
data analytics.
A key part of the role will be driving visibility through
Tableau dashboards
and supporting user engagement across the platform.
What Will you do?
Support the team in
L2 support activities
for Electrical CAD users, including follow-up on user issues, documentation, ticket coordination, and basic operational support.
Assist in
community and communication management
for Electrical CAD users and key stakeholders.
Help coordinate user communications, updates, learning follow-ups, and adoption-related activities.
