Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and management of digital banking solutions in the field.
• Promote Aik Digital services to potential clients and existing customers.
• Provide on-ground support and guidance to users regarding digital banking features.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use the Aik platform effectively.
• Collect feedback from users to contribute to service enhancements.
