Explore, test, and implement artificial intelligence solutions that make INNOVO MEP smarter — from how we win work to how we manage it. This is an R&D-first role: you spend time understanding a problem, evaluating whether AI can solve it, and then leading the implementation when it can.
Key Responsibilities
- Automating document-heavy workflows in tendering, estimation, and commercial management using AI
- Applying AI to contract analysis, risk identification, and correspondence management
- Building intelligence into project controls — schedule analysis, cost forecasting, and performance reporting
- Exploring AI applications in workforce productivity, manpower analytics, and benchmarking
- Researching AI use cases in site safety monitoring and HSE compliance reporting
