Job Description

Role Overview

Own the end-to-end marketing campaigns engine—strategy, creative requests, execution, measurement, and iteration—to generate quality discovery calls for Sales. You’ll lead a two-person pod, coordinate with the Design team for social/video/reels/landing assets, and ensure rigorous attribution and reporting via in-house platform.

What You’ll Do

Strategy & Planning

  • Design and manage multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn outreach + ads, email funnels & nurture, landing pages, partnerships)
  • Define ICPs, offers, messaging maps, and experiment/test hypotheses

Execution & Systems

  • Launch and oversee LinkedIn sequences and GoHighLevel automations
  • Maintain organized UTMs, campaign taxonomy & tracking
  • Ensure seamless lead handoff into our in-house app / CRM
