Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • Optimize customer touchpoints across web and email channels through continuous PDCA cycles

  • Strengthen content operations including video (from planning to production collaboration and optimization)

  • Drive measurable business outcomes by continuously improving digital initiatives rather than treating them as one-time executions

  • Responsibilities:

    Web Marketing

  • Manage and optimize corporate websites and landing pages (structure, user flow, content updates)

  • Analyze performance using tools such as GA4 and develop and execute improvement hypotheses

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies, providing direction for content production
