Job Description

The Sr. Analyst for the Digital Product Catalog QA will lead the effort to ensure all product detail pages meet the high standard of quality and excellence set for the company’s portfolio. This Sr. Analyst is responsible for ensuring all pages have accurate, relevant, and up-to-date content, as well as making sure that all functionalities deliver their expected results for page visitors. He/she will perform quality assurance checks on pages globally for Vertiv.com, maintain a change log of product pages, and initiate remediation for lapses found. The role is part of the Global Digital Product Catalog Team and will spearhead initiatives that utilize data to enhance the organization’s digital presence.
