- Manage and support large-scale enterprise network infrastructure and data center operations.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Cisco routers and switches including technologies like STP, VTP, HSRP, and VLAN.
- Work on routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and static/dynamic routing environments.
- Handle WAN troubleshooting and coordinate with ISPs for network connectivity issues.
- Provide support for Cisco VoIP systems and basic call manager configurations.
- Monitor and resolve network incidents, problems, and change management tickets efficiently.
- Ensure smooth network operations in 24x7 support environments.
- Perform network security troubleshooting including firewalls and basic security configurations.
