  • Co‑developing digital marketing plans and projects, including strategy and tactical elements, to drive goals.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional partners (Brand, Sales/Service, internal product teams, internal and external creative agencies/Media Owners) in the development of communications.
  • Work with internal reporting groups to define and report on progress against key business indicators.
  • Prioritise tasks and appropriately delegate to individual members of the team, ensuring they are given adequate time, resource and are sufficiently trained to execute tasks like reporting: campaign launch, campaign end, monthly & weekly with high quality and consistency.
  • Support the Manager by delivering quality output in a timely manner and acting as a mentor to junior employees.
