Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Designing production-ready conversion experiences through email campaigns, SMS, responsive web, and push channels.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Success, Strategy, and Email Development teams to ensure that content is delivered on time.
  • Participating in daily creative stand‑ups and design review sessions.
  • Adhering to brand standards and preparing files for development.

Minimum requirements to be considered

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a digital design role.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, UX/UI design, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva.
  • Lightroom, XD, After Effects, Wordpress, Contentful, Digioh, Hubspot, and AI prompting are a bonus.
  • Has a strong portfolio with work samples across email, web, and graphic design.
