Responsibilities
- Review drawings, specifications, instructions, and other requirements to ensure successful management of projects.
- Review 2D plans and 3D models prepared by the Virtual Design and Construction Team to help ensure integrity of the model geometry, constructability and data based on the design documentation.
- Coordinate with the Virtual Design and Construction team to ensure elements of design are in accordance with the plans, specifications, and client requirements.
- Generate clash detection reports to ensure the model is free of constructability issues and clashes.
- Provide detailed checklists and overlays of all drawings and field experienced staff to catch potentially costly errors before physical construction starts.
- Review and perform quantity take-offs in all trades (Civil, Landscape, Structural, Architectural and MEPF) if necessary.
