Job Summary

As a Digital Solutions Engineer within our Digital Workspace team, you will be responsible for working with our Customers, Sales, Pre‑sales and Support teams to design and deliver high‑quality technical installations and provide remote and/or on‑site technical break/fix support.

In addition, the role will involve close collaboration with suppliers and contractors, ensuring proposed systems are fit for purpose and can be both implemented and supported.

You will be responsible for reviewing customer requirements, project specifications, and tender documents, then scoping appropriate technology and services deliverables, ensuring all components are accurately defined ahead of deployment.
