Job Description

Your day-to-day:

  • Conceptualize and design enterprise applications that empower professional users.
  • Collect insights to help identify trends, problems, opportunities, and design solutions core to the insurance industry
  • Conduct jobs-to-be-done interviews to understand your target user’s needs
  • Map insights to uncover the most valuable data and make it consumable by business users.
  • Validate and iterate concepts with customers and subject matter experts.
  • Define product information architecture and key design patterns that can become part of our design system

    • What you need to be successful:

  • Has 3+ years of experience user experience design and design research (gathering and synthesizing information, as well as generating insights) for B2B2C products.
