Digital Workplace Technician

Purpose of the Role

As a Digital Workplace Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for all things IT - supporting both factory and office users. You'll play a key role in keeping systems running smoothly, solving problems fast, and helping shape the future of IT services on-site. Working closely with the Site IT Manager, you'll help drive innovation, resilience, and continuous improvement in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Keep local IT services running at peak performance, using proactive measures to minimise downtime - especially in production-critical areas.
• Support and maintain traceability systems and bespoke factory-floor applications & equipment.
