Job Purpose: 

  • To support Renesas's growing business. Business processes and related interfaces need to be reviewed and adjusted in an efficient manner. 

  • Maintain Renesas's Quality System and QMS Certifications 

  • Manage related Quality Group Personnel

  • Dimensions: 

  • Manages high performance Quality Teams in Europe, US, and Asia 

  • Defines and agrees business processes and interfaces with related department 

  • Defines and agrees improvement actions with customers and subcontractors

  • Principal Accountabilities: 

  • Quality System, Methods & Data 

  • Plan and perform Interna! Audits 

  • Implement measures for Continuous lmprovement in Quality System 

  • Train employees on new / revised procedures 

  • Prepare and conduct quality training
