We are seeking an experienced and strategically minded GAM（Sales Director Level） to lead Molex’s business growth in the Datacom market, focusing on AI servers, switches, high speed interconnect, and optical connectivity solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth, proven ability managing mega / global key accounts, and solid understanding of both electrical and optical interconnect technologies to drive design wins, revenue growth, and long term customer partnerships.


What You Will Do

  • Lead and execute hyperscale sales strategy to achieve revenue, design win, and market share objectives in Datacom and AI infrastructure markets.
  • Build and maintain executive level relationships, especially with mega customers (cloud service providers, hyperscalers, leading server/switch OEMs).
