Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $100,000 – $150,000 per annum (commensurate with experience). Eligible for a robust, uncapped sales commission plan paid on top of the base salary.

Role Overview
The Director of Business Development is a key strategic role responsible for steering the growth and operational excellence of our specialized innovation labs: the Hardware Lab, AI Lab, and Life Sciences Lab.
