As the Director of Engineering, you'll be responsible for guiding the engineering team while ensuring successful project execution compliant with all regulations. Your leadership will influence the development of innovative nuclear solutions through mentoring, project management, and stakeholder engagement. You'll also enhance staff capabilities and optimize engineering operations within a structured yet flexible environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure projects meet design and regulatory requirements

• Document and monitor project key performance indicators
