Reporting to the Chief Human Resource Officer, the Director of Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP) will lead a dynamic team in driving strategic HR initiatives that empower people, strengthen culture, and advance the university’s mission. Design and implement HR strategies aligned with the university’s vision and objectives.
Partner with the Chief HR Officer to define HR priorities and lead enterprise-wide initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Business Partners to deliver strategic HR guidance across all functions.
Build a collaborative, high-performing, and results-oriented team environment.
Establish strong relationships with university leadership and departments to understand and address HR needs.
