Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership:Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.Drive decisions through HR analytics and insights (wage bill, manpower planning).
Talent &Organizational Planning:Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.Collaborate with CoEs for Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, OD, and L&D.
Program Management & Projects:Manage large-scale HR programs and transformation initiatives.Align HR strategy with business objectives.
