What is the opportunity?
As part of the Integrated Program Delivery (IPD) team, the Director, Integrated Program Delivery (IPD) Canada Retail will report to the Senior Director, Canada Retail. In this role you will lead and manage the end‑to‑end process of planning, developing and delivering initiatives across all Canada Retail locations (P&CB retail branch, commercial centres, private banking centres). The ideal candidate will serve as a key interface between the business unit leads and CRE Centres of Excellence (COEs), along with managing service partners and suppliers to ensure program success and risk management on behalf of RBC.
